Justin and his team are known as patent opposition specialists and are regularly engaged on behalf of patent holders and opponents in opposition and appeal proceeding at the European Patent Office.
Justin has a first class hons degree and a Ph.D. from Imperial College. Justin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute Patent Attorneys, a Member of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office, and serves on the CIPA advisory Committee for Computer Technologies, as well as his firm’s Life Sciences Steering Committee.
